Lakeside building nears finish

         Mooresville-ROE Ltd., developer of Lakeside Business Park, expects to complete its newest structure, Lakeside Professional Building, next mounth at the entrance to the park off N.C. 150. The two-story, 10,000-square foot building features a marble entrance, wood-paneled elevator, first-floor patio, balconies for the second floor and a stair-step waterfall marquee sign. The company said 75 percent of the building has already been leased. ROE Limited and CES Development Corp. will occupy onethird of the second floor. CES is the company developing Talbert Point Business Park, a 260-acre business park off N.C. 150 about a mile from Interstate 77. The two companies are developing over 550 acres of business parks between Mooresville and Statesville and buildings with more than 50 tenants.

   Three buildings are under construction: A 30,000-square-foot building in Lakeside Park; a 20,000 to 40,000-square-foot building in East Iredell Business Park, which ROE is developing with T&T Development Co.; and a 21,000-square-foot building in Talbert Point. Three suites remain on the second floor of the Lakeside Professional building with access to a large conference room and kitchenette.

   Lyon Financial, a national mortgage company, plans to move its cooperate headquarters to the first floor of the professional building,

   Race City Resumes, which will offer resume preparation service aimed at people interested in working for a race team, will occupy a suite on the second floor.

   McLelland, Rutherford & McKenzie, certified public accountants, will occupy another second-floor suite.
