We will process your resume into our employment database. By having your resume information entered into our database you will become eligible for consideration for all our job opportunities that match your skills and experience.

We contract with many race teams to act as their employee recruiting agent. Our employee client database is the primary source of candidates to fulfill their requests.

Before we can start the process.

You must provide us with a resume, unless we have already prepared one for you.
- You can send us your existing resume.
- Or, you can have us prepare a resume that accurately describes you skills and experience. Refer to our fees page to determine the current charge for this service.
Open a client account with us. We will then continually attempt to match your qualifications to available jobs.

What we will do
We will compare your resume against our current list of job openings. If you appear to be qualified for a job we will contact the Race Team, or some other motorsports company, and submit your resume information for consideration. Because race teams know that we review the qualifications of candidates, they are more likely to give you serious consideration. We will enter your resume information into our database for future consideration. Anytime we have a new job opportunity we will compare it against your qualifications. Your database entry will remain active for six months. A fee is charged to maintain an active status.

Many times jobs become available unexpectedly, and they need to be filled immediately. For the Nextel Cup race series the majority of the teams are in the Charlotte/Mooresville, North Carolina area.
